It has a mild onion and cheese flavor that's a mouth watering.
Ingredients:
*1/2 TB yeast
*1/2 cup warm milk (vegan can use veggie stock)
*1/2 egg, beaten (I used ReddiEgg) or egg substitute
*1/2 cup cheddar cheese (or soy cheese)
*1/2 cup chopped chives
*1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Dissolve the yeast in the milk or stock and let it rise. In a medium bowl, add the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Add the yeast.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (adding more flour or liquid if necessary). Place it in a mini loaf and let it rise. Bake it for 30-35 minutes.
