This veggie oriental salad is delicious. It has romaine lettuce, tofu, shredded carrots, and some Won Ton chips (Chinese mustard flavor) around it. This time I fried firm tofu with peanut oil. I usually use the one with Teriyaky flavor. The Chinese chips gives a little fullness to the meal. I also added Thai Spring rolls I bought at the market. They are vegan (see picture below).
